Data Deletion

Self-serve deletion

You can request full account deletion at [email protected] from the email address on file. We will delete your account, products, generated creatives, and billing identifiers within 14 days and confirm by email.

Shopify merchants

Uninstalling the Social Loop AI Shopify app revokes our API access immediately. Shopify fires the shop/redact webhook 48 hours later, which triggers a hard delete of the connected store record, the encrypted Admin API token, and any products imported from the store. Generated creatives tied to those products are removed at the same time.

What we never store

We do not store Shopify customer records, orders, or buyer-identifying data. The mandatory customers/data_request and customers/redact webhooks are acknowledged immediately because there is nothing to look up or delete.
